My refrigerator/freezer was frosting over. My repair guy was very knowledgeable and worked diligently but couldn’t find anything that was broke and needed to be replaced. He did discover that the temperature controller for the fridge needed to be reset. That seemed to fix the problem and he only charged the service fee, which I thought was very reasonable. I would definitely call on them again. Well, it happened, I called them again. This time it was my dryer making a terrible screeching noise. Victor knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed it and replace the part in record time. Victor is very efficient and knows exactly what is wrong. The charge again was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again. ~ S S

After calling 3 appliance repair with a no show and others not answering phone, AC/DC was recommended and they set me up an appointment for the next day. Samsung refrigerator icing up and Victor got me up and running while parts were coming in. Within a week had repairs completed. Texted and communicated status. And, showed up on time. Great service recommended by a friend who had same issue. Highly recommend! Update 1-9-23 Still working on the Samsung with additional problems, but parts are ordered. What I like about this company is that they answer the phone and the techs show up on time and update you when they are en route. Excellent service. ~ Duane T

We are a growing bakery that rely heavily on our two ovens. One of our ovens stopped working while preparing for opening. We contacted a repair shop and scheduled an appointment for immediate assistance. After setting the appointment, we called back within 15 minutes to cancel because something just did not feel right. We continued searching and found AC/DC. We are so thankful that we found them. The moment I spoke with the young lady that answered the phone I felt good. As soon as the appointment was set, I received a text confirming the appointment. The technician was professional, honest (which is rare) and just nice. Oh, did I mention, he was great! Our oven is working again snd AC/DC is on speed dial. We are excited that we now have a company that we will use for ALL of our repair needs. They were Superior form start to finish!! Fuse HVAC was amazing. I have a home with two systems and my upstairs unit, in the dead heat of Texas summer, decided it didn’t want to do its job anymore. Fuse came out the same day, thoroughly checked BOTH of my systems and then gave me my repair and replacement options. They did not try to force anything or recommend unnecessary replacements or repairs. It was, quite honestly, shocking. Most HVAC companies want to sell you a lot of stuff that may or may not be needed but, Fuse was up front and honest. Once the work began, these technicians busted their backs and worked all day and into the evening to get both systems installed and running. It was impressive. Having contractors in your home is never easy but these technicians were polite, courteous, worked neatly, and respected my home as if it was their own. Highly recommend Victor, Leo, and the Fuse HVAC team!! Professional, polite, hard working team that provided service and installation at very reasonable pricing. I had one of the stove top burners quit working. Victor came out with a new burner and went thru his diagnostic steps. He determined that it wasn't the Burner but the switch to the Burner. He left, ordered the new part and returned to replace the switch. On both visits he was great. Very personable and informative. You could tell he definitely knew what he was doing. I was very pleased with the whole experience and plan on using him again if a need arises. Great customer service!! ~ Nicolas E

I was unable to lit fireplace either manually or from the wall remote. My refrigerator was building ice at the bottom in the freezer area. Victor and Yuri did an awesome job to fix both the problems. They ordered the required parts and came twice to ensure everything is working as expected. Easy to work with and communicate. The tech arrived during the window promised and worked hard to resolve the problem. Although the tech was unable to resolve the issue, he was up front about it and apologetic. It wasn’t his fault. The appliance just stopped working. Despite not being unable to resolve the issue, I will definitely call AC/DC once again should the need arise due to their honesty and work ethic. ~ Alberto H

AC/DC Appliance Repair sent their tech Victor who was friendly and arrived on time. He explained the issue with my dryer that was not able to heat at all and addressed it immedlety. He was very professional while working, he wore a mask and shoe covers. AC/DC Appliance Repair provided excellent service and I will be saving them in my phone book for future repairs. Fantastic customer service. He arrived within a hour or so when I called to fix my refrigerator. Because it's over 20 years old, he had to order he part. He helped me find the part on line to save me money. When the part did arrive, he was back in less than an hour. It took 15 minutes to fix. Everything was clean and working. Leo and his associate from Fuse DFW did an excellent work, despite scorching hot in the Attic. He showed up on time, took enough time to properly diagnose the problem and showed us all the readings. Victor came out and worked really hard on getting our outdated oven and mic combo working. It needed a part which they found and ordered. Thank you to Yura for getting my washer machine back to working order. Vicktor and Yura had a big job getting my washer and dryer out of a small cabinet space in a narrow hallway. They had to order the replacement part and were able to come back within a few days to finish the repairs. I will use them again in the future for any repair needs. ~ Tammy S

Victor was prompt and courteous. They came on a Sunday. He did a good job fixing the problem in our refrigerator. Apparently there was a drainage line that was blocked and causing ice to accumulate in the back of the drawers. He took the additional effort to clean up after which I thought was helpful. ~ Mark M

Scheduled my appointment with no problem. I received a call the next day saying my appointment had been canceled. UPDATE: they called back and technician came and fixed it quickly.
